When your child says, “I don’t know what I’m feeling…”—don’t panic, get curious. 🕵🏽‍♀️
Unclear feelings are just emotions in disguise waiting to be named.

Try this:
“Hmm… let’s play detective. Does it feel big like a wave or tight like a knot?”
Let them describe it, draw it, or even act it out! 🎭🖍️

Why? Because emotional vocabulary is like sunscreen for the brain 🧴🧠—it protects them from burning out under pressure.

Every time you help them name it, you teach them they’re safe to feel it.

You’re not just calming storms—you’re raising an emotional meteorologist. ☀️⛈️🌈
